Besides the CAT 10K Thailand Championship which will be held on Sunday 8th September 2019, runners who cannot join the race have option to join the “Virtual Run”. 

Joining this virtual run, you can join and run anytime from anywhere in the world between 1 August 2019 - 10 September 2019.  Completing 10K running in single workout or collecting distance from many workouts are acceptable.   All you need is a GPS-tracking running app or smart watch.  Submit a screenshot of your tracking app on www.runningconnect.com/event/CATVR2019. Your workouts will be approved, then T-shirt and medal will be send to the 10K finishers by 15 September 2019
