On Vesak Day, Buddha’s Birthday, since 2001, Federation of Thai Running Club and its network have organized the running event called “Vesak Day Run” or “Running in the Moment”. The event has three main objectives: to promote people to have good health, to campaign for people to practice good deeds in Vesak Day, and also to encourage people to apply meditation practice to daily living. Vesak Day Run 2018 will be organized at Queen Sirikit Park. The running route through three public parks including Queen Sirikit Park, Vachirabenjatat Park, and Chatuchak Park.
